FAQs

How do I get an estimate?

The easiest way to get an estimate is to take a few of photos of the area damaged and upload them via the Free Repair Estimate form. You can also call us about the damage with any key information.

What services do you offer?

We handle all minor auto body paint damage like scuffed bumpers, key scratches, and stone chips.

If you are getting ready to turn in your leased car and have minor paint damage, we can help you get your car ready for the lease inspection.

Can you really perform these repairs anywhere?

Yes, we are a completely mobile automotive paint repair service and equipped with everything needed to repair your car in your driveway, at your place of business or any convenient location.

Will you work with my insurance company?

We work with most major insurance companies, but often our prices are less than your deductible, so you never have to make a claim.

Even if our charges are slightly more than your deductible, many people don’t turn their claim in to avoid having their premiums increase.

Is your work guaranteed?

Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied with our service, then you don’t pay.

Why is your quote so much less than the quote I got from an auto body and paint repair shop?

Our business is built around repairing minor auto body paint damage. Allowing us to avoid the overhead that most shops have.

By focusing on minor damage, we have developed techniques and processes to perform the repair efficiently. The combination of low overhead and our extreme efficiency results in lower costs and savings for our customers.

Are your products safe for the environment?

Yes. We use the latest in water based paints and equipment that comply with EPA requirements.

How do you paint outside when it’s cold?

We deal with weather issues in a variety of ways allowing us to work year round regardless of temperature.

From setting up a temporary shelter to using infrared heaters to warm the damaged areas on cold days to cooling them off on hot days, we understand that nature doesn’t always provide beautiful 70-degree days.

How do you match my vehicles color?

Every vehicle has a paint code on it; we start by entering that code into our computer that will provide us with the formula to mix your color.

This is the same process a vehicle paint shop uses; only we typically mix up less than an ounce of paint as compared to a pint or quart like a body shop would.
